It is final I do indeed have shingles, and second the student health people did not give me antibodics. Addition Shayne had told me about shingles attacking the nerve endings and that is the same thing the student health people told me. So, that is that.

so it's saturday morning, the "last" day of spring break...paul thinks he has shingles, dad is sanding on the stairway (a very very loud and dusty undertaking), thus i'm unable to go upstairs - which is why i have a perfectly good reason for wearing my pajamas all day long. i'm listening to johnny cash's biggest hits cd for what seems like the millionth time but is actually only the 2nd - if i turned it off, dad would boycott or probably impress me into service. it's almost noon, and mom will probably try and feed me again, despite the fact that i'm still recovering from her gluten-free waffles - no wonder johnny is singing about a burning ring of fire... how ironic. well, to sum up this vacation, it rained, and when it didn't rain, it was occasionally sunny. the whole time it was cold. i ran out of butter AND real flour, which puts a crimp on cookie baking. i crocheted a really homely scarf, and then discovered that i was rapidly turning into my mother. i watched i,robot...it was a good movie. and if you're still reading this post, kudos to you. i'm gonna go find some socks now cause my feet are cold.

I wonder what it takes...

Sometimes I wonder what it will take to keep myself from knocking the physics department to the ground. I hate foreign teacher I don't think I have gotten above a C in a class where a foreign teacher was incharge. For some reason I can only blog on occasions when my computer will allow me acess to the dashboard. It is rare that this happens and I wonder what it takes to get it so that I could make it to this screen all the time. I also wonder what it would take to get us on the mentionable list for the blogs in the dashboard. Now that would be cool. One of these days I will find us a way. But until then I am going to restrain myself and pray the squirrels will make it quick when they take over the world.

A Smoking Ban

Do you ever get tried of walking around campus and breathing ciritte (sp) smoke? Well I am. Ever day walking from class to class I see and smell at least 5 smokers on the way. This is state owned place, it should be smoke free. Who is with me. Again I should be studying.
