OK, some NY stories

As I have promised, here are some of my stories of New York.

We've all seen movies and know how big New York is supposed to be. Well, let me tell you those movies do not prepare you for the sheer size of the City. The enormous buildings really belittle you, makes you feel very insignificant. I was really amazed as I drove into the City.
Oh yeah, another thing, DON'T EVER DRIVE TO NEW YORK! Well, at least into New York. My God! Worst place EVER to drive. It really sucked. It takes at least 30 min of just driving around in circles just to find a parking space. And just about every street is a one way... Really sucks.
Anywho, back to the stories. I went to go visit my sister and her boyfriend, and they're both officers in the Navy, and haven't had a chance to really spend their money till now...so that means they are loaded. They are spending as much money as possible. I mean, every night we ate at the best restaurants we could find and so on and so on. My favorite was when we got the bill Dora puts a $100 bill in the bill folder thingy, and hands it to the waiter and says "we don't need any change." So I asked her how much the bill was, her reply: "I don't know..."
While we were eating pizza as a late night snack (Its NY, you have to have pizza), two homeless guys come up to us and says "Hi, um, well, basically, we're both homeless, and we were hoping to raise enough money so that we could buy ourselves some beer." My sister's reply: "Wow, I'm really impressed with your guy's honesty, I'll tell you what, tell me what beers you guys want and I'll buy it for you." And so my sister helps the homeless people with their alcoholism. She's a great sister.
While we were walking around, we saw a couple guys sniffing cocaine in a phone booth. I just thought that was something you usually don't see (unless you live in New York, obviously).
I'm sure there's more stories, but I can't think of them right now, and I already wrote more than I usually do, so I'll stop here. Once I remember more interesting stories, I'll blog them. This is it for now, hope you guys found this somewhat interesting............
