Princess Leia had all the bad hair but none of the force in episode four no matter how much Jessie wants to believe it. If she did Vadar would have noticed and imediately called for dna testing and a whole forensics team would be on the spot and the whole story would have been different.

Leia did too have the force - Vader would have known about it but it wasn't in the script.
Technically Leia did have the force... all living beings posess midichlorians which are the tiny sybiotic creatures living in your blood that connect you to "the force". The thing is, in episode 4 Leia was not force attuned, therefore only registered as a normal living being on Vader's "Force Rader". haha... i'm a geek :(
niether was it in the script for leia to have the force in the first episode
